This event replaces the Wind to Wine tasting that fell through in August. I expect most of the same players to be pouring at this one, with the added benefits of being at a reliably cooler time of year, closer to home, cheaper and with some art thrown in. Plus, the new timing allows me to trot out a slew of new releases. Be sure to read the transportation guidance on the site, as there’s a shuttle involved in getting to and from the tasting at Beaumont Farms — likely a better idea than getting straight in your car post-tasting.
